Hmm, true, but it could be that they meant it wasn't a new Harry Potter series book. :P I realize that's probably a stretch, though.
A friend of mine suggested it was a virtual book of sorts - or rather, has information that the book would have. Or it's a combination, with hints at a or point-blank promotes future book but for now just tidbits on the site.
I suppose it could be a MMPORG, but somehow that doesn't sound like something JKR would come up with. I guess you never know, though.
